Anne is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution Group of Swan Turton LLP.

Anne’s practice covers a wide range of civil litigation matters including disputes involving intellectual property, reputation and brand management. Anne regularly advises in cases involving copyright, trade mark and advertising law and has acted for clients including internet media companies, advertising agencies, production companies, actors, models and photographers. As part of advising on the legal and regulatory considerations for clients protecting their brands, Anne has helped clients defend product liability and consumer claims. Other recent matters Anne has advised on include the Google Right to be Forgotten, DMCA take downs and social media campaigns.

She is the chair of the Board of the Association of Photographers and contributed to the legal sections of the Association of Photographers’ guide for professional photographers, Beyond the Lens.

Before starting her career in law Anne was a professional actress and producer.
